Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are organizing the following retreats at the premises of Mahabodhi International Meditation Center, Devachan, Leh, Ladakh:

 

The above retreats shall hereinafter be referred to as “Retreats”.

1. You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on this website.

2. If the booking is cancelled after the above-mentioned date, cancellation fee shall be charged.

3. Any cancellations on the basis of a phone call will not be considered, the participant must give in writing or email, requesting for a cancellation and refund.

4. Once a cancellation request is submitted in writing, please share your complete bank account details for us to process the refund.

5. Refunds are normally processed within 15 business days. Business days shall mean a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in India or in the state of Delhi.

6. If any amount has been deducted but not received by us, the participant should contact their respective bank for assistance.

7. If refunds are not possible as per this policy, participants agree not to pursue refunds beyond the scope of this policy.

8. If bank charges and credit card fees are incurred during the refund process, the final refund amount will be calculated by deducting those charges/fees.

9. In case of unforeseen circumstances or accidents preventing attendance, participants may transfer their booking to a friend or relative.

10. Proof of valid ID and payment receipt is mandatory. If your age does not match the registered age for the event, the organization will ask you to pay the difference. Foreign participants are requested to carry valid passports and fill out a C-Form upon arrival.
