Special workshops will be arranged for children between 6 years to 15 years of age.
Charges for children from 6-15 years will be 50% off of original booking rates for regular participants.

Anyone above 16 years of age can participate in this program.

The most important thing to bring to this retreat is your cheerful attitude and passion to learn and understand from new perspectives! Apart from this, you must also bring the following items:

Silence: To uphold the sanctity of the Ashram, we request you to maintain silence in all public areas.
Clothing: Please ensure you wear respectable clothing. Kindly do not wear shorts or sleeveless clothes in the Ashram.

The entire retreat will be in Hindi.

Throughout the 4days, we will be having intense meditation sessions, mindfulness practices, and introspective workshops, you can achieve a deeper sense of inner peace and clarity, allowing you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and calm. We will be delving into ancient wisdom traditions and spiritual teachings, which will not be possible without you going through the 4 days journey of multiple processes of transforming yourself. No person will be able to participate without registering in advance and it is mandatory to participate all 4 days.

If you cancel your registration before January 20th, you will get 100% refund of your amount.

The management takes this decision keeping in mind the gender of the participants, their comfort and room availability. However, if you have any specific preference as to who you would like to stay with, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to assign rooms accordingly.

SRDM Ashram has a good network, however, Wi-Fi Service is not available. However, we encourage you to stay away from external networks for 4 days and do a digital detox if possible. Spend this time connecting with yourself.
